Any disputes that may arise under our Terms and Agreements shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Wyoming. Each party agrees that jurisdiction and venue for any and all disputes under this Agreement will be proper in the District of Wyoming, United States, and that the establishment of such jurisdiction and venue shall be determined by Web Hosting Results.
